Summary

The investment seeks to provide investment results that approximate the price and yield performance of a benchmark that is a weighted average of the benchmark of each sleeve within the fund. The fund allocates its assets across a variety of asset classes, which would initially include: commodities, real estate investment trusts (“REITs”), currencies, emerging markets debt and emerging markets equity. It may invest over 50% of its assets in equity securities of foreign issuers and non-dollar securities and may invest more than 50% of its assets in derivatives, including total return swaps, for currency and commodity exposure.
