The investment seeks to maximize total return consisting of income and capital appreciation. The fund normally invests its assets primarily in debt and fixed income securities of foreign issuers located in developed countries. It will invest in the sovereign debt and currencies of countries in the Citigroup World Government Bond Index ex-U.S. (Unhedged). The fund will invest in both investment grade and below investment grade securities, and intends to invest less than 35% of its total assets in below investment grade securities. The weighted average effective duration of the fund's portfolio is expected to range from 1 to 10 years. It is non-diversified.
