The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to outperform, after expenses, the MSCI World Index while seeking to control its tracking error relative to this benchmark. It invests significantly in companies (i) organized or located outside the U.S., (ii) whose primary trading market is located outside the U.S. or (iii) doing a substantial amount of business outside the U.S., which the fund considers as a company that derives at least 50% of its revenue from business outside the U.S. or has at least 50% of its assets outside the U.S. The fund will allocate its assets among various regions and countries, including the United States.
