The fund primarily invests in common stocks and other equity securities, both within and outside the U.S. Its investment process focuses on identifying what the adviser considers to be high quality, undervalued businesses that offer the potential for superior risk/reward outcomes. The fund invests in U.S. and non-U.S. companies with market capitalizations of at least $2 billion at the time of initial purchase, although the fund may invest in a company with a lower market capitalization if it already holds a position in that company.
