The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in dividend-paying equity securities and at least 40% of its assets outside of the U.S. It may invest in securities of non-U.S. issuers that can be U.S. dollar based or non-U.S. dollar based. The fund may invest in securities of companies of any market capitalization, but intends to invest primarily in securities of large capitalization companies. It may invest up to 20% of total assets in global fixed income securities. The fund is non-diversified.
