The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies that are principally engaged in the infrastructure industry. All equity investments of the fund will be listed securities, or securities that are expected to be listed, on recognized stock exchanges in the U.S. and outside of the U.S., including emerging market countries. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest in securities of issuers located throughout the world, including the U.S., and it will invest at least 40% of its net assets in non-U.S. securities. The fund is non-diversified.
