The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies that are principally engaged in the infrastructure industry (80% policy). It normally will invest in securities of issuers located throughout the world, including the U.S., and the fund will invest at least 40% of its net assets in non-U.S. securities. It may invest a significant portion of its assets in emerging markets securities. The fund is non-diversified.
