Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund primarily invests its net assets in equity securities of large capitalization companies. Equity securities include common stocks, preferred stocks, and securities convertible into common stocks, rights and warrants. It has no limit on the amount of its assets it can invest in equity securities of domestic or foreign companies, including those in emerging markets; at least 40% of the fund's net assets will be invested in securities of foreign companies, and no less than 30% of the fund's net assets will be invested in the securities of foreign companies. The fund is non-diversified.
