Summary
The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. and foreign companies that are selected for their long-term growth potential. It invests significantly (generally, at least 40% of its net assets) in the securities of issuers economically tied to foreign countries (unless market conditions are not deemed favorable by the Subadviser, in which case the fund generally will invest less than 40%, but at least 30%, of its assets in such foreign securities). In selecting investments for the fund, the Subadviser uses an approach that combines "top-down" macro-economic analysis with "bottom-up" security selection.
