Fund Overview
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 65% of net assets in equities of issuers in a number of different countries, one of which may be the United States. It generally invests at least 80% of total assets in common and preferred stocks, depositary receipts, derivatives and convertible securities. The fund may invest up to 25% of assets in companies located in countries with emerging securities markets. It may also lend portfolio securities on a short-term or long-term basis, up to 30% of assets.
