It may invest up to 100% of its net assets in foreign securities, which may include emerging market securities. The fund invests at least 40% of its assets in the securities of issuers located outside of the United States. Its equity investments may include convertible securities. The fund has a fundamental policy of investing 25% or more of its assets in the utilities industry.
