The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests mainly in large-capitalization companies located anywhere in the world, including companies in both developed and emerging markets. It will invest at least 80% of assets in equities. The fund will invest at least 40% of total assets in securities (i) of foreign government or quasi-governmental issuers or (ii) of non-governmental issuers (a) organized or located outside the U.S., (b) that trade primarily in a market located outside the U.S., or (c) that derive at least 50% of their revenue or profits from business outside the U.S. or have at least 50% of their sales or assets outside the U.S.
