The investment seeks to provide investment results approximating the overall performance of the securities included in the MSCI World ESG Index. The fund invests substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in equity securities included in the MSCI World ESG Index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of the securities contained in the MSCI World ESG Index. The MSCI World ESG Index includes the highest-ranked companies in each regional sector based on environmental, social and governance screening and research criteria applied by the index provider. Rankings are based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
