Summary

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and income. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in dividend-producing securities. It may also invest up to 25% of total assets in equity securities of small capitalization companies which the Adviser defines by reference to those companies within the capitalization range of the Russell 2000® Index.
