Summary
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks of U.S. and non-U.S. issuers. The sub-adviser employs an opportunistic, bottom-up research process to identify companies that it believes to have strong balance sheets, competent managements, and understandable businesses, where equity securities are priced at a discount to its estimate of intrinsic value. The fund invests in companies regardless of market capitalization. It may invest up to 15% of its assets in high-yield/high risk fixed-income securities and other types of debt securities. The fund is non-diversified.
