I am unemployed and the American Red Cross, in Rocklegde, FL., has a 5 week training program to become a Nurses Assistant, and the tuition is $720.00 dollars which includes books an materials. Is there any organization here in Orlando, FL., that can help me with the tuition?

I am interested in taking classes for free at the university of maryland or a community college at age 62. I have my B.S.N. and M.S.N. in nursing from the Univeristy of Maryland School of Graduate Nursing. Presently I am a school nurse in a baltimore county school with over 20 years of expereince. I also work in the V.A.hospital in downtown Baltimore 3 days a month on medical surgical units. I have five years of experience as a telemetry nurse. I keep reading about free college classes for people over age 60.
