I bought my first house a couple of years ago because I was sick of paying rent. Let me tell you, the house payment is just one part of the expense. When you consider the lawn mower, plumbers, taxes, insurance and every other thing it takes to have a house I'm really wondering if it is better to rent. It's not cheap.

Spend and tax Democrats are dedicated to taking care of everyone by providing a cubicle in the poor house until you're about 70 and then the death panels, oops, committee for healthcare oversight, will deny medicine and services so that death will follow.
Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Bauscus, etc., do not paint a very rosy or promising picture!

My question is my answer Homeownership is ideally very good deal. However in today's on going economy. Young Couples have to prepare on life's needs Such either job lost or job transition ( relocation ). Also there are chances you never know that about natural disaster Especially in the U.S. Gulf coast States such Hurricanes The U.S. East Coast you never know Florida is East Coast States and also Gulf Coast States Maybe that is why Real Estate is not bouncing back up inthat StateAlso now I hear many Senior citizens are losing their Homes cause of High Homeowners insurance Wind damages is now 3 to 5 K per year, maybe more.
