I believe it will be a great while until, if ever, the insurance companies can make any sensible decisions that are benificial to business and customers.

Does anyone know if the bill has any provisions for curtailing the high costs of doctor's malpractice insurance?

As an almost off-subject aside, with companies under 50 employees being exempt from paying employee insurance fees, it seems to me we are headed for a massive de-structuring of corporate enterprises into shards of interconnected privately held small companies - especially with the ultra high tax rates proposed to be levied against conglomerates...
