My husband just abondoned me and I used his SS number and opened a credit card and I used it to buy a computor sinse he took mine. Can he do anything about this?

the house has been awarded to me, the court processed the order due to the husband would not comply with court order, now he filed bankruptcy. sInce the court just ordered this and I will be refinancing the house to remove his name, Does the court order prevent him from placing the house as an asset to his bankruptcy?

The ex wife and I are still on the same mortagae even though she is responsible for paying the mortagae. I live in New York and i pay her child suppoert which would cover the monthly mortgage but even though she makes enough money to pay it, she always pay the mortage late. Since i am also on the mortgage, the notice of lateness comes to me. She eventually pays it but it is ruining my credit. Is there anything i can do?
I am in a relationship now with my girlfriend for alomost 2 years and we want to get married but she doesn't want my ex wife to ruin her credit alsowhen because we will be married.
I have also heard that if i marry then my ex could potentially go to lawyer to ask for more money because my house income has increased due to my new wife's salary. Is this true?

Divorce decrees do not stop credit companies from ruining you credit.
Even after the divorce is final.
If you don't close the medical liability too. If they are hospitalized you are responsible for the bill. So make sure you are removed from the other spouces billing information as soon as you know your getting a divorce.
Also update the medical facilities of the spouce who is responsible for the childrens bills.
