With the current economic down turn more and more people are turning to coupons and any means necessary to cut their costs. So you need a deal site. There are many dealhunting site on the internet. Most of them can help you find a great deals and coupons. I highly recommond this site - http://www.just4deal.com. It is a pretty good site for accessing various online sales, coupons, and clearance events. I don't really think it's an end all and be all website for shopping. I think it should be a supplement to your online purchases. So if you know you need to buy a digital camera or a garden hose then on top of shopping around in the "real world", you check the big sites like Ebay.com, and Amazon.com and then this site… the overview may be a little thin but it's a lot easier to get at a large amount of sales and compare them, in this way than in any other way. I like the site layout as well; it's easy to figure out where you need to go, and then to compare percentages off on the specific product you want.

Faith - WOW I have never heard of a bath like that! you add milk, honey and orange peels right into the water?? I'm going to have to try that. It sounds much cheaper than a $6 bath bomb, too.

Last Friday night my boyfriend worked late and we had both had a very long week at work so I decided to have a hot bath waiting for him when he got home. I added in plenty of milk, honey, and orange peels into the bath water. I made a fruit and cheese plate and poured two glasses of wine. we both hopped in ate, drank, talked about our respective hectic weeks and unwound. The bath was fragrant and soothing and the snack was perfect! We'll definitely be doing that again!
Our cost: $0 we had everything at home already
This could definitely be done for less than $20 depending on how much you spend on the wine...

We downloaded around 15 recipes for homemade tomato soup from the internet. Then, together we sorted out the ingredients and directions that sounded good to both of us. Finally, we went to the pantry and the fridge and made a homemade sherried cream of tomato bisque soup that was out of this world. We then had the luxury of eating our new creation, and we plan to do this again each week with another recipe category. It was fun thinking out loud together, coming to consensus over tastes and finally having a home-cooked meal together at the end of the experience! Total cost: Approximately $15

The phrase "new opportunities" takes on special signifigance during economic challenges. New opportunities abound in a pleathora of avenues from relationships to business. Folks can take the opportunity to spend time with loved ones, get organized, payoff debts, save for the future, research new investment opportunities new jobs etc... America is on the verge of a new economy mandated by our needed independence from fossil fuels but made possible by technological advances. Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and fuel cell opportunities will soon become mainstream as we change administrations and abandon the paradigms of ancient thinking. Very soon the new opportunities provided by the "Green" movement to clean our environment while advancing technologies and economic opportunities by conserving, recycling, replacing and revamping our economy will become self-evident. By simply incorporating automated garbage sorters as are inplace on Nantucket we can begin recovering $millions which currently end up in landfills. By beginning a national recycling program using these automated sorters we will no longer rely upon manually recycling by individuals but as part of the current waster disposal system recovering recyclables automatically and therefore reaping revenue. The new "Green Dream" will be to reap a benefit from every expenditure presenting countless opportunities.

Wife and I went for a walk in the chilly evening, came home and made tuna fish chowder. (Boil a few diced,unpeeled potatoes in chicken stock, until tender but still firm. Add three finely diced scallions and some fresh or canned mushrooms. A cup or so of frozen corn, if you have some. Three cans of drained cheapo tuna. Add milk or half and half, a cup or two. Thicken with a flour/water mixture. Serve).
Then we started putting together a puzzle until Jon Stewart came on. Snuggled together on the couch to watch it. Went to bed under a down blanket.

Last week my boyfriend and I had a leftover night. I brought my leftovers (baked ziti) over to his place, and he heated up his leftovers (barbeque chicken). After sharing our leftovers we watched a movie I had received from Netflix. I'm going to suggest we do it again.
