Over the weekend, I spoke with WTOP in Washington about how to save for retirement during a recession. While some people are tempted to stop putting money into their 401(k)s when the market is so volatile, financial analysts say the best thing to do is to proceed as usual -- right now, you're buying shares at blowout sale prices, at least compared to a year ago.
