On her website GOOP, Gwyneth Paltrow shares her thoughts and advice on everything from motherhood to losing weight to feeling happy. She recently shared her recipes for Sunday night dinners, which feature garlic bread, spaghetti, peas and meatballs. If you have a well-stocked pantry, this entire meal could cost under $20.

Here's her garlic bread recipe; for the rest of the dinner, check out her newsletter.

Ingredients: 1/2 stick butter at room temperature; 5 cloves garlic pushed through a press; 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, 1 baguette, 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan.

Preheat the oven to 375ºF.

Stir together the butter, garlic, parsley and pepper until well combined. Cut the baguette in half horizontally and spread each cut side with the garlic butter, being sure to use every last bit. Sandwich the bread back together, wrap in a sheet of tin foil and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Turn on the broiler, unwrap the bread, evenly sprinkle the parmesan over both sides of the bread and broil until the cheese is melted and browned. Check after one minute. I burn mine by accident 50% of the time, so keep an eye out! Cut into pieces and serve.

Looking for recipes from restaurant chains like the cheddar cheese biscuits from Red Lobster, etc.

Beth - try Julia Child's recipe, she has a good one.

Somehow, I don't think Gwyneth worries about saving money. Seems like an oxymoron!

Anyway, I was hoping for a good recipe for making a baguette from scratch, not just a way to put garlic butter on it.

Honestly!
