Glad to hear it John, thanks!

As a man in the business world, this is certainly an overlooked topic! While Ms. Black says that some men might be uncomfortable in the workplace when a woman earns more and "outmans" him. As a 30 year old man, I personally do not mind seeing or learning about one of my younger female colleagues making as much or more than me. If most men can get past the ego aspect, I think it actually evens the playing field and makes the workplace much more laxed, especially when it comes to that unspoken gender bias issue.

My only hang up is that when women in the workplace do find themselves higher on the business food chain than their male counterparts, to not use it as trump card in their pocket.

But that's just my two cents.
