We need electricity and water workers, police, firefighters, doctors, hospitals, phone and web workers, and hosts of others on the job every day too.

IMHO, the H1N1 virus is not going to go so far as to knock out any of these things. I hope anyway, but let's be grateful to all those who plan for their worst case contingencies.
