Suddenly, the "what can it rent for?" question is more tied to America's REAL market of individuals' REAL incomes than the fantasy-land world of 2004-2007 where it was thought no price was too high BECAUSE lenders thought no bonds of bundled mortgages were unmarketable.

I like the Rule of Thumb that says your monthly P&I payments shouldn't be more than 30% of your take-home pay...
