Good Story... but I have to say if Gates, Buffett or Rockeffeler were in Real Estate and needing loans in order to make your business grow they would be in tough times also...

Buffett hasn't created any businesses just invested wisely and benefited due to that.. his investment skills are on comparison to Trumps Marketing Skill.. and for Gates his business can nearly be in inventor catagory.

So the comparisons are off base.. I am sure that if Trump wanted to create a new business where no loans were needed and focus solely on that he would be as successful.. Or if he wanted to simply Invest in companies and benefit that way then he would be successful in that..

If you watch CNN Trumps thoughts and predictions on the state of the economy and finance is more accurate than Buffett's who's investments are performing poorly recently and doesn't even have anything to do with the Loan Problems like Trumps have.

that would actually be of interest would be this: What were the top 20 deals, businesses or sources of positive income in Donald Trump's career? How much did they make and in what years? What also were the top 10 losers in terms of deals or ventures?

How much did they lose and when?

Oh, well now, THAT would be none of anybody's business, right? Perhaps, but without that kind of info, WHY are we idolizing Mr. Trump? Because he self-promoted and in so-doing "told" us too?

Idiot viewers hung on every "you're fired" from every boardroom drama of his. For what reason?
