To become a Level Two Seller, you will need to make at least 50 sales in a two month time period. This means that you can’t just level up by making 50 sales over the period of a year or two.
Your sales need to be consistent. You will also need excellent ratings and a good track record. When you reach this level, you will get advanced services and you will be given priority support.

Some of them to name are : Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com, WorkCollaboration.com [http://www.workcollaboration.com/network.aspx], Zoho.com, Freelancer.com and many more.
Those tools allow you to find jobs, participate in projects and activities and do much more.
