Efficiency: the Unloved Solution That Works

I was more interested in the article written in the same print edition that covered businesses refusing to go green because of the excuse that there are no "economic incentives, making it very difficult". Companies like Enernoc ( http://www.enernoc.com/demand.html ) are paying large corporations to become green and monitor their usage so there shouldn't be much of an excuse. Larger businesses like hotels and manufacturing plants, along with universities and libraries, need to jump aboard.
