McCain Joins the Bailout Bunch

I've no problem with a bailout, on one condition: each prospective recipient's mortgage application must be compared with his tax return for the same year, and any significant discrepancy in reported income, indicating fraud (a felony), will automatically disqualify him from receiving one cent of taxpayer assistance. By this method, the pool of eligible recipients should be no more than a few thousand, easily manageable even in this time of war.
