I have read over one-hundred commentaries on the topic, "America will colapse and go into revolution" Many writers have written that it will happen but what I want to know is when? No one has given a time frame just negative predictions. If you can say that an event will occur then you should say when, or at least that is my oppinion.

There is no shortage of speculation about "why" our leaders are still adamantly planning for the destruction of Iran, in the face of overwhelming popular opposition, even though everyone except the neocons and their allies believes that America would not survive our own actions. An irrational attack is planned and apparently the decision has been chiseled in stone. It may be for Israel. It may be for oil. Maybe it is for world domination?
We are launching a nuclear world war to save us from ourselves. "We have found the enemy and he is us." --Pogo. We risk blowing the world apart, to avoid watching America slowly choke on its own excesses.
The government has known for decades that America is on a countdown to self-destruction. Among the elite it is common knowledge that our "global economy" must one day collapse from its own dead weight. In 1974 an intensive research project was undertaken by the Stanford Research Institute and the Charles F. Kettering Foundation for the Dept. of Education. Their final report was released as the Changing Images of Man. It was compiled by the SRI Center for the Study of Social Policy, Director Willis Harmon. This is a far-reaching investigation into how the basic nature of man might be changed. The Aquarian Conspiracy describes the implementation of their work in the real world.

The most reassuring part of "Images" is that it confirms my own conclusions about our crisis, but it is also the most disturbing part, for it confirms my worst reservations about this time.
The object of the research was the development of a plausible vision of the future in which democratic methods survive, major problems are managed successfully if not resolved, and the unfolding of the human potential continues to expand. In other words, the postulation of a "desirable future" including feasible paths to its realization . . .
The government was looking forward to a very troubling future, trying to figure out the best path through it. The plan was to find ways to shape and mold mankind into a new cultural image, complete with new ideas and ideologies, even religious ones. The root of the problem was human nature, and solution was to reshape the competing forces of daily life, in order to forge a new image of a new human nature. The researchers were brutally honest in seeking all available knowledge pertaining to their research, and in assessing the current common image of man-on-earth.
The research revealed that there were a multitude of crises that were about to intersect in America's near future. Not the least of these converging catastrophes was a rapidly approaching breakdown of both American capitalism and democracy. The collapse was a natural result of globalism and monopoly capitalism. The basic greed that powers the system eroded the American political and economic structures, exposing the foundation of immorality and unfairness that amplifies the social unrest. The Stanford researchers clearly predicted that the American economy was destined to collapse from its own dead weight. The data also showed that that economic collapse was to be accompanied by disastrous social repercussions, such as rioting and upheaval, which would lead us into a "garrison state."
The thing about this research is that this work has confirmed that our economy based on parasitic capitalism, where the small elite sits atop the heap of men and gorges on their lifeblood, is destroying the social fabric of America. This system is based on a stacked deck, where the top elite always reap the profits that are made to rise to the top through the corporate profits-based system. The research confirmed that the growing inequities of such a system were ever increasing and with them, elevated social tensions. A system based on usury and putting everyone in the "poor house" is an economic order that is guaranteed to produce a democratic revolution, whenever the misery index of the armed populace exceeds the limits that they are willing to peacefully bear, without striking back at the source of their misery.

Quebec has separated from Canada! Look at your goddamed map, and tell me this is not strategic! Quebec is a Socialist state with repressive anti-English language laws, and teaches Spanish in it's schools! The Separatists in Quebec, modern-day terrorists in FLQ "cells" throughout the general population, stole the country by every underhanded deceitful "UnAmerican" way possible and were supported from Europe, South America, Latin America and Mexico! Quebec's Separatists hold New York Cities power supply controls in their hands! A map showing Quebec, joined to Mexico and Latin America, through the Mississippi river to New Orleans, was circulated underground to give Quebec Separatists the illusion they were part of a bigger plot to rid North America of the dominating English, American Capitalist overlords, for whom they preached contempt and blamed all evil on! There appears to be a large weakly connected group in the world with the consensus that English speaking,Capitalist Americans and their "Jews" are an abomination to the world and need exterminationg or otherwise defusing! I lost my home, my way of life, my job, my neighborhood, my family, my friends and my future in the province of Quebec, during the best hidden "Ethnic Cleansing" on the North American continent, when the Quebec Separatists were elected to Quebec's Parliament, and invoked the most repressive anti-English laws in the world on its population. I left my home, in an undocumented, hidden, shameful Exodus, to avoid persecution only ever experienced by Jews in Nazi Germany, to become and unwelcome job seeker in Ontario, and English province of Canada.The entire world looked the other way as my rights were stolen - If these bastards decide to fvuk you up the ass, I will have my turn for vengeance, and look the other way too, and study Spanish at night-school to fit in with the New Americas - complete with the "Amero" coin, already being minted, and whatever flag they fly! compliance in this case is the last resort, and that is exactly where we are, because you were not there to defend me when I needed you!

You better get a clue. Mexico has collapsed and the border is wide open no thanks to the current uncouth overlord Sir Oboma and his henchmen . Crime is rampant, just like in the US, and the government there is so on the take it's not even trying to hide the fact (unlike the US gov whom are on the take and are just now starting to not give a crap if you know it or not). The current depression that Mexico is in is starting to perpetuate until it not only spills over the border(as it is now), but comes flooding across. The Mexican government already comes across whenever it wants to make sure a drug or human shipment gets here safely, you know without interference from those pesky border guards who think the land on the north side of the Rio Grand is America's. Unlike the depression of the '30s when people, although they were poor, still had a moral foundation an for the most part were decent, I don't think when Paco and the boys get here, along with the massive flood of their fellow illegals, their gonna ask nicely if they can borrow your car, or your daughter or anything else you damn Americans took from them when you stole their country. Bottom line you had better make a contingency plan to protect yours 'cause if BO gets his way then very shortly you'll be defending yourself with a stick.

That the US will collapse is a a forgone conclusion. With the huge budget deficits, liberal attacks on religious freedom and basic freedom of speech and attacks on freedom of the press, it is not unrealistic to expect a second American civil war in the not to distant future, possibly sometime between 2012 and 2014. That could give rise to the division of the US into two or more nations, a Judeo Christian nation in the area that once was the Confederacy. A sort of rebirth of the old CSA, Texas would be the economic engine to drive a revived Confederate States. Some states, such as Virginia, probably would not be part of a revived Confederacy, but add Colorado and New Mexico and you could have 13 states, and an economic powerhouse, while the rest of the former USA would languish in economic decline Now,
A new nation that might form in the area of the old Confederacy probably would have a different name and a different flag, a states' rights constitution, and would be a have for Christians and conservatives. I am actually looking forward to living in a nation I can be proud of. So when the CSA is revived, I will gladly become a citizen of that new nation, and a former citizen of the US.

If America gets any more liberal,immoral,any more crime ridden, drug infested or dumbed down we still won't be anywhere close to mexicos sisuation. However if we, as a country don't stsrt to enforce our laws, secure our borders (shoot to kill), and hold our elected officials liable for their crazy spending, (especially you President Obama, goodluck in four years)including you CEOs on wall street, then our country/people will never be able to achieve our full potiental as a nation!

Texas will be a great country. Most U.S. oil is refined there and a increasing number of businesses are as well due to liberal states forcing them out. I will joyfully renounce my U.S. and Coloradan citizenship and become a Texan if Texas becomes independent.
