A trillion dollars is only 1 sexdicillianth of a vigintillion dollars. It sounds like a lot of money, but not if you compare it to a vigintillion dollars.

I would like to know, Where will the $838 billion come from?

Seriously, why are we borrowing money when we have the largest military in the world? Just take it. Have your cake and eat it too. What did we invest all that money in destroying Iraq for? So we could be safe from the big bad terrorists? That is a lot of money to waste on just cowardice.
