would have been more useful than this particular provision of the credit card reform bill.

But, credit "history" or not, there is a lot to be said for young people not taking on debt for itunes, or Abercrombie & Fitch, or fast food, or whatever.

I mean, Sonic drive in takes credit card charges from your car window, for goodness sakes. Ever wonder who that was aimed at?
