One knocked out power to more than a half-million people, including our house for nearly four days. That particular storm caught many folks by surprise, popping up seemingly out of nowhere, as they sometimes do on hot, humid days. But we were alerted it was coming.

Stability in your snapshots
Tweet Share on Facebook August 4, 2006 Comment (19)Toddlers don't sit still. That's obvious with our two young boys, their heads and hands a mere blur in too many snapshots. So when I went shopping for a new digital camera, "image stabilization" was high on my list.
