Wii Soon to Replace the Xbox

C'mon, the Wii's cheaper! Sure, I'll buy a Wii to supplement my Xbox, but they're no where near in the same category as the 360 or PS3. It's $250! The standard iPods cost more than that.

How many of us would buy a SNES if they resold them for five bucks each?

I want to know who's making more money off this! They're the real winner. I could sell double that many units for a hundred bucks each.

The 30 million figure is wrong for PS3 for 2008 -- it's 20 million, according to iSuppli. Apologies. Will get that corrected in the column. But iSuppli does have Xbox 360 with a small lead at end of 2007, reporting 18.2 million sold vs 18 million Wii consoles.

Actually, Wii is ahead of 360 by over 4.5 million units (and growing).

How is xbox the most popular gaming console? Do you mean PS2?

PS3 will trail at 30 million? Maybe you'd better re-check those numbers - or your grammar.
