Mario joins old and new friends in latest Smash Bros.

From all reports, the weekend's release of Super Smash Bros. Brawl was, well, a smash. Fans lined up at their local GameStop stores and raced home to play.

Most agreed the game was worth the wait. If it worked on their Wii, that is.

Nintendo confirms that "a very small percentage" of Wii consoles can't handle the double-layer disk on which the new Smash Bros. game ships. The culprit apparently is contamination on the lens of the disk drive.

The console company says that only its special equipment can make the repair. At least the repair, as well as shipping both directions, is free.

No, actually, Watts makes a very good point.

"..half the headlines in all newspapers"? Go over some recent headlines and cite them for me.. if it is indeed around "half", then you shouldn't have a difficult time finding many examples.

I highly disapprove of your article using the word "Acclaim" when in the industry, there is a company with the name, and they are unrelated to the game.

Would you write in an article about a teacher receiving a PC, and title it "Teacher gets an Apple"?
