Adobe Express is pretty limited - pretty but limited. You might want to check out www. splashup.com. It's far closer to what Photoshop users are used to having with layers, layer effects, type editing capabilities, and a lot more. Free, online, and integrates with sharing sites, too. Plus, you can open multiple images at once and combine elements. Or open a new canvas and create your own image. I'm disappointed with Express. It's definitely for the point and shoot camera crowd, not for anything more than very basic edits.
