Impressive move. The money is all in the tour anyway. Even though I still like to buy physical cds, but not for the stupid price they are at. A cd costs less than a dollar to make, why should I pay $15?

Next, I would like to see "simultaneous release" in the movie industry. I want the choice to see a movie the day it comes out, or watch it on PPV that day, or buy the DVD. Heck, some movies are so good, I would buy a copy of the DVD when I came out of the theatre.

I see a least 20 live shows a year. I pay DEARLY for tickets, T-shirts, Band fan clubs and VIP packages on Band Sites. This is the ONLY money I pay for music. I trade mp3's with friends and download mixes. My money to the BAND>>>NO MIDDLE MAN!

Anyone who's seen Bill Hicks' Relentless show knows what exactly what I mean when I say that music used to be about the heart and the feeling of the artist. Record labels ruined all of that by turning an artform into a money-churning industry where anyone with good hair and nice teeth and chew out some rubbish lyrics and earn millions.

I think we can all agree that a bold move like this is a return to what music should be. Keep it up, Trent!
