Apple Sues to Stop Mac Clones

There are several million pc buyers - the reason is that because Apple has an insignificant share of this market. Apple is the Rolex of the PC market. Of course people buy it, but only those who can afford it

Apple sells its computers with its own specific software in it. Apple hardware is very expensive - a pc mouse costs US$ 2 whereas an Apple mouse costs US$60 dollars there is no comparison. It was high time someone made copies of Apple. When Microsoft came up with Windows - Apple sued Microsoft and lost. One of the points in trial were raised that Macintosh is really a copy of some Xerox product so Macintosh hence not exclusive to Apple.

One thing should be made clear that is that software should be separate from hardware. If I could buy a PC with Macintosh features, I would choose it instead of MS Windows.

Maybe now Apple will start to lower some prices on the G machines

Let that small company be.... hey this is America not Iraq or Iran, we the public choose to buy or not the Name Product.

Did Psystar win a motion for temporary injunction? Their site was most certainly not down as of the time I wrote this response.
