in te USA, what are the regulations with hz. can 240hz be prodused if the standards are only 120hz? Going back to the LCD monitor for computers, responce time at 6ms is fast. Now 2.4ms for the 240hz LCD tvs'. will we ba able to see the difference and are there standards on what hz we receive in the USA?
