what if you've driven different colored cars? i drove a black and silver, a beige (which is not on the list), a bright green, three silver and a white. does that mean i'm having a change in confidence? what about when i had the beige and the green together? was i having mood swings? my main reason for buying a car is price and often availability, not color and whether i have a warm fuzzy feeling. i usually buy when i've driven my car into the ground.

I noticed many individuals who drive red cars are youngest siblings.

ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHITE(I ALWAYS BUY USED AND POCKET DEPRECIATION)IS NOT WHAT I WOULD'VE PREFERRED.

they asked 1900 Americans?? how strange. I am pretty sure there are MILLIONS of cars out there. And by their logic, I am 8.8% below average, 14.6% below average, and 1.2% above average. Also, what about cars that look like cows. I have a truck I'm in the process of rebuilding and for the next couple years I am pretty sure it is going to be several different colors, until I paint it, but it will probly be flat black, just beause black cars look slick...

I live in Houston. My truck is white because white is far cooler, anything but white is an oven here. I don't particularly like (or dislike) white but for a car that sits in the sun I won't buy anything but white in Houston. I only looked at white trucks but it had nothing to do with my personality.

Our other two cars are whatever color had the features we wanted.

With some Japanese cars you get the same features in every car, so perhaps you can pick a favorite color, but with most American cars, no two on the lot have the same features. I wouldn't pick by color and accept whatever features it had. I suspect most folks are like us. We have never been able to choose a desired color. Maybe I will be forced to buy a Japanese car one of these days and then I will see if I have a preference.
