America's Most Endangered Malls

I don't trust this list because I know of 3 malls in the Kansas City metro that are way worse then some listed. Metcalf South is running on only Macy's and Sears, and Metro North is running on about 5 stores including only Macy's. The great mall of the great plains is about dead too.

I have never been more relieved by seeing a mall finally closing its doors recently. What can you expect from professionals who make it a point to draw in the familiarity pitch as their hallmark of the plebian crowd. While I empathize with the lower bracket for not being capable of anything less than themselves, it would not hurt the mall's brand image to amend their attitude towards customers. What it comes down to is the impression they leave on customers which matters most of all, not in how well they can arrange and organize their shelves.

President Barack Obama saved us teachers Saudis

Complaints by teachers and teachers against the Saudis and visited "The Ministry of Education," .. God is not malicious complaints or claims do not have rights, but a complaint to get their rights guaranteed to them by the system .. And those rights are codified in rules and regulations of the Ministry of Civil Service "antiquated" started decades ago .. "From the days of my grandfather and my grandmother," and the text of an explicit and clear and clear does not accept the interpretation and discussion .. If the person responsible for administrative and financial affairs in the ministry, along with army personnel responsible for the "recruitment" may Ojhdoa themselves a bit and read the regulations to have committed these simple instructions and appointed teachers at lower levels than the levels guaranteed to them by the system and how to appoint only a milestone in the first and second level He deserves a fifth level .. Master and freeze campaign for more than ten years without giving them the sixth grade they deserve a strong system, not through donations and charity ..

And how teachers and sets parameters on the items I do not know is that "genius" who invented .. Then, after nearly five years surprised the ministry granting levels to some beneficiaries without this procedure to be retroactive.

And necessitated the ministry errors accumulated since 1416 and claims of teachers of their rights as representing the "Committee on the Rights of teachers" and the two sides stand face to face with the judiciary and specifically to the "Administrative Tribunal" .. These rights are determined in a few demands, including access to level receivable and payable and salary class corresponding to years of service and financial implications for the differences and calculating the years of service in the innovative item "105."

How can the teacher to produce and Ibda and his ministry did not give him his rights .. Did not provide a suitable atmosphere for the work .. Did not take the initiative to protect and defend him when calamities .. How can we as a society to talk about education, education, and output quality, excellence and the case that the picture that calls for compassion .. And the teacher all his mind to get their rights and that I see it fall under the guidance Holy Prophet "Give the employee his wages before his sweat dries."

The Ministry of Education to clarify the situation and to give teachers their rights to ensure that teachers interact with their projects and programs with commitment and dedication and spirit of affiliation.

About 30 years ago, this mall was prosperous. The feeder roads came from middle class to upper class areas. Then someone had a great idea to put a low income housing project right near this mall. It became dangerous and the middle class went to other nearby malls. The housing project, which was once a fairly nice residential project, is now in shambles, with areas which are destroyed, vandalized and graffitied over.

Why is demographic data left out of these stories? Another mall in the area, Eastland Mall, was ok. But when I was growing up, the bottom-feeder stores had already started inhabiting it. These stores were mostly discount and rip-off check cashing places that would cash paychecks for 300% annual interest.

There are areas in Pittsburgh that cannot even have a supermarket installed. One was installed, where cashiers were surrounded with bullet-proof glass and where the shopper had to be buzzed in, but those failed due to hgh rates of shop-lifting.

A national drug store chain, which had a location in a changed area, pulled out when the manager was killed when he deposited the daily receipts. He did not take precautions, such as changing his route and using different banking locations, so the robbers knew where to confront him.

I don't feel sorry for the robbers and murderers. Many of the people in the area are victims also. But malls need more security, brighter lighting, etc. It's my understanding that Wal-mart covers up the amounts of assaults in their parking lot due to skimping on security and cameras.

Stop being so PC and put in demographic changes also.

I can think of 3 malls in Buffalo alone and one in Niagara Falls that could make this list easily.

Dayton Mall in Dayton, OH has a sign at all their entrances informing minors they are not allowed to enter the mall without a parent or responsible adult. I don't know if this will help this mall survive longer than others, but many malls go downhill when they allow hordes of teens to mill about looking for trouble. Most of these teens buy very little, if anything, so the malls aren't losing by offending them. I personally shop at thrift stores and/or discount stores - can't afford the high prices at the mall.

Highland Mall lost its luster in the 1990s. Lakeline Mall opened in the mid 90s and took a large percentage of the market share for shopping malls in North Austin. It allowed for residents who lived in North Austin and northern outlying communities to avoid having to go into town to go shopping. Highland Mall has been referred to as the "Black Mall". Highland Mall lying just west of I-35 is within walking distance from one of Austin's lower socioeconomic neighborhoods. Also, Highland Mall can be easily accessed by several bus routes in the area. In the Spring time, Highland Mall shut its doors last year during the Texas Relays, a Track & Field, event. Texas Relays typically brings a young, urban, and primarily African American crowd to the mall in overwhelming numbers with blacks from all over the state of Texas. The mall is more of a indoor fashion show than a shopping mall. Shop lifting, fighting and just pure disorderly conduct is the capstone of Highland Mall's week during the relays. Traditional shoppers avoid the mall during this time of the year and venture to oultying areas to do shopping. In places like the Domain located off of MoPac in Austin that offers high end shopping. Also, the outlet mall in Round Rock is another new shopping desitination for area shoppers to walk away with some great deals of name brand manufacturers at outlet prices.

The fate of Highland Mall has been destined for doom for many years coming. With the emergence of a new shopping mall and a outlet mall located on major throughfares in Austin and Round Rock that allows shoppers to avoid the heavy traffic that enudates Austin. Also, the lower socioeconomic groups of people who frequent Highland Mall do not have the buying power like other socioeconomic groups. Lastly, the criminal element that lurks the mall and several of the surrounding areas makes Highland Mall very unappealling.

This mall is almost empty. The bass Pro Shop, Burlington Coat factory, and Kohl's are the only anchors left. Only 3 or 4 restaurants in the food court.I can understand why Biggs is gone and Sak's outlet moved. Not sure why, but no one has ever made this mall work. Stores leaving everyday. I wish they would turn it into an outlet mall, but I hear they can't because it is too close to the new one in Lebanon, Ohio.
