they can't and won't participate in the military. they take no pride in being an american. they pay no income tax. they make mucho denero and have four to six children. we let them add there language, and demand we allow it!! this is america we speak the american language. all our ancestors adopted the american language. japan, germany,wanted what we have, we killed them or they killed us. it's demoralizing. and when they age we will give them medical support. they have the worst political and social system in the world!!! it's cancer and we are alowing it to infect us. this is a illegal to allow this infection. we have emigration laws. and on and on---

I have been learning to speak Mandarin Chinese for a while ago now when I already speak French , Spanish some German and a little Russian... Need to cover all bases :-) I love this country do not get me wrong... I love the world ... I love people of all nations we all need to be able to make a living

I wholeheartedly agree with Brent, the sad thing is that our leadership/politicians have done this to us, wether they be dems or reps, they have sold our power/manufacturing to foriegn interests and left us to starve. What is happening to us has been done on purpose that much stupidity cannot be coincidental! Every administration and congress since LBJ has been delibrately trying to kill America. Johnsons war on poverty and in Viet nam, adding enormous debt, Nixon continues the war on poverty and Viet nam as well as shipping our electronics industry to Japan and allowing Japanese automakers in. Ford hardly there. Carter is just a buffoon, cant control Nixons recession or the inflation that went with it, gave away the Panama canal and let Iran get away with murder/kidnapping, Reagan, more recession, more spending, more taxes, at least he got inflation under control, but set out to destroy American Unions, the backbone and creator of the middle class, he gave illegal immigrants amnesty, creating the invasion we have now..Bush SR, just a continuation of Reagan with I sidestop to protect oil interests. Billy Clinton, wants to be God and take away your liberty, murders churchgoers in Waco which led to OKC bombing and gun/people control, raised taxes and sent what was left of American manufacturing and the power to create wealth to China, Mexico, Pakistan and everywhere else, the economy was already starting to slide just before GW took over. Gets us in to oil wars, one in Iraq and the other to secure the coming pipeline from the old soviet states to the ocean. Obama, more welfare for the rich at the peoples expense thru supposed stimulus packages, steals affordable cars and parts from the poor with cash for clunkers, finally achieves healthcare reform for the Rockefeller family(oil, banking, insurance and worth far more than they say and have power and influence beyond imagination). America, the only hope you have is a small farm to support you and yours and the love of a merciful God. Your leadership has taken you to the slaughterhouse!

Get used to living the new "standard of life". Are you willing to work 2 jobs? Are you willing to lower your prices so that you can sell to Walmart? These are real issues in the real world today. The middle class has been wiped out due to the outsourcing of our work to foreign countries. Those jobs are gone. There is no way we can compete with folks making the equivalent of $3.00 to $4.00 bucks per day. There is no getting those jobs back unless the dollar completely collapses.
Obama, nor the Republicans can stop this thing. My advice is to do what the MYWOODISKNOTTY said, "Learn to Speak Chinese" or "Portuguese" or get used to the "Make Ends Meat" lifestyle, because the glory days are behind us.

Referring to the article Ámerica's Decline..... It is a scary thought but it is true. America a great nation where at one time, honesty, hardwork, and integrity went hand and hand with inovation and inventions.
How did we get so far down the line, sinking in debt, etc....? America needs leaders in Congress and Presidents with courage to take us into the right direction as a nation. Out of debt, filled with excitement at the prospect of 'the American Dream' once more.....leading the world by example once again. Not going to war unless absolutely necessary.....
Transitioning from a manufacturing nation, to more diversified types of manufacturing, and offering incentives to companies to keep certain manufacturing jobs IN America. Putting our faithful employees and good workers back to work should be a priority. Why are we cutting our own throats, and benefitting foreign countries with jobs? Do they care about US as a Nation? And our citizens' prosperity and wellbeing and future?
I think not......
Would any of us, remove a plate of food from our children to give to a stranger's child, and leave our child with nothing to eat???
Of course not.....yet many do not think of fello Americans as sort of 'family' that needs to be taken care of.....
And given priority......before other nations.......in jobs, and in social helps to help unemployed get training and back on their feet and a new hope for the future again.
And might I add, NASA missions should never be scrapped.....children need their inspiration to imagine the impossible......that is what makes America Great!! The ability to imagine the impossible, and make it happen.....
So may we as a nation chose leaders who will treat Federal Funds as they do their OWN wallets....not spending frivolously where we don't need to but invest in the future (our children), while protecting the weak ( our elderly, handicapped). We need leaders who are down to earth, practical, in touch with the middle class and poor and can offer real solutions to problems of inflation, high cost health insurance, etc...

I have watched my country be consumed by fear n paranoia since 9/11. I have watched one of our political parties who were in complete control for 8yrs stand by and not even try to help the middle class and the poor. They used fear to encourage two wars, one illegal n immoral, bankrupt the country, borrow fm a foriegn country to pay for it and put us further in debt. I watched Doom n Gloom's Haliburton's 'no bid contracts'' (war profiteering) which has only become incompetent with everyday. I watched and like everyone else saw the incompetency to deal with our problems stateside like the losing of jobs, the moving of jobs overseas, the lack of interest to reinvest in America's infrastructure. I have seen greed fm both sides, conflict of interest, corruption and deregulation encouraging greed n gluttony, tax breaks to the rich, no conservative fiscal practices, no compassion, twisted truths, anti government rhetoric which is treason, hate n a desire to keep the 'base' ignorant while they continue their hypocrasy! Nobody complained then! Why? I have the common sense to research and make my own decisions about who is good representation for this country and it's people and find that conservative radio and 'foxnoise' are doing their best to divide this country not unite it (treason). I took an oath when I joined the military to defend my country n government from enemies both foriegn n domestic and I have found that our most dangerous enemy is 'corporate america' and their lobbyists and their representatives in Congress......."it is easier for a camel to go thru the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to get into heaven"................vote (D) or (I) or (green party) not (R) if you want our country to be strong and a leader in this world again.

A few simple steps. 1. 200 mile by 200 mile solar collecting farm in a.z. to be built in 2 years hiring million workers 2. building new electric grid through all usa hiring millions of workers. gov. takeover of all us car and truck companys to build 200 million electric cars and trucks, and convert all big trucks to natural gas. hiring millions of workers to get the job done in 2 years. its said china under values its money by 40% easy fix 40% tarrif on all china imports here.
