Why Stop at Banks? 13 Other Great Taxes

Since 2006 the IRS has paid $13 million in fraudulent tax refunds to 10 illegal immigrants. They actually filed for $22 million but only received $13 million before the IRS caught on to the fraud. There are 22+ million illegal immigrants in this country and you can bet 1000's more are in on this type of scam.

Sadly, this hasn't made the national news media. I am certain millions of American taxpayers would be furious if they were aware of this. None of us appreciate our taxes going up, so illegal immigrants can rob us blind.

The majority of all this crap could have been avoided if the Politicos had not allowed all the off-shoring of our jobs & manufacturing. As well as climbing in bed with the Special Interests, they all lie so often & so well, they do not know for themselves what the truth is. Call Centers, Manufacturing, etc... all overseas. China is manufacturing large portions of the Oakland Bay Bridge for pete's sake. Talk about Responsibility in Government?!? Your Tax Dollars, going to Chinese Jobs & Corporations. While John Q. Public is sucking wind. Holy Hannah, pray we do not go to toe-to-toe with China, they manufacture almost every electronic circuit we use, to include in Military Equipment. They buy up as much scrap steel, ore, & lumber as they want, without limits. They certainly will not sell back the steel we would need for repairs of our ships in a large scale conflict. At the same time the Government is trying to figure out what China has in mind with the Massive Military Buildup. Gee fellas, when i was in the service 79 - 90, we always talked & wondered about 'The Sleepers'. is it possible "they are putting the gang together before the fight starts"?

#1: Please check your grammar.

#2: What are you talking about? How does taxing the banks make the rich stay rich and poor stay poor? That makes no sense.

The government needs to continue to raise taxes because the government is too big. There are too many government handouts and unfunded mandates. If the government were to shrink, there wouldn't be a need for as many taxes. With the need for less money, maybe businesses could get a break from paying Uncle Sam and possibly expand. With an expansion of a business, they would need more employees. This would lead to job creation.

All in all, Americans need to take responsibility for themselves and not keep having the US Government play "mommy" to everyone, promising things that the government has no business being involved in, ie: health care.

Next time come up with an original thought other than what the media says about "the rich staying rich and poor staying poor."

Why can't these people see and take a page from the oil company's books on constantly increasing prices? Remember when the public spoke on the cost of gas? They quit driving the amount of miles they had been and the oil companies were hurt which in turn caused a drop from the $4.00+/gal. mark. If they continue to raise taxes (by whatever name) people will be forced to quit buying and then the effect of THAT tax will disappear. That is where we are at now! That is why the states have no money -- They have taxed people out of the business of spending. When gas sales went up, they added more tax onto it and then the sales fell, causing the tax benefit to fall too. It will happen on all avoidable tax revenues. THEY TAX PEOPLE OUT OF SPENDING!!!! Then they yell and scream and gnash teeth on where they have to go to get more creative on finding more ways to make up the shortfall. A combination of less spending AND a flat tax rate of 10% with NO DEDUCTIONS for business or the wealthy (or anyone) will solve it all and put us back into the black. Tuff if the rich and business don't want it. The USA NEEDS it now!!! Just look at the news today.. There is an alert on the USA's credit score. $1.6 trillion in additional debt?? We cannot afford it.. Talk about the housing bubble burst.. THAT would be an explosion of unprecedented proportion. Wake up politicians and smell the coffee -- it is burning and starting fires on the kitchen counter.

None of this really matters. It is all just a way for the rich to stay rich and the poor to stay poor. No matter how much we take from the rich, they still have there millions. They dont have to worry if there children will have medical care, or if they can pay there bills, or if they can put food in the house. but when they take more from the poor we are just doomed. when will people finally wake the f up. We are being jackassed everyday, and believe it or not we can do something about it. Quit taking no for an anwser, and stand up and do something about it. Or has our nation forgot that we are in charge. Well really we are not in charge at the current moment, but we should and could be if we would take note of the people in the past. They got off there buts and fought for what they thought was right, and they accomplished alot. Every right we have today came from people who werent afraid to fight. But here is the key to this whole deal. You can't do it alone, meaning one person cant fight an entire government, but 1 million people can, and there would be nothing they could do to stop it. SO GET OFF YOUR BUT AND FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT, AND FIGHT SOME MORE.
