Living in Germany years ago, I found that the lawyers there are tied to a schedule of decreasing percentages of pay for increasingly larger settlements plus a fee for the time spent and complexity of suits. At that time, the rates started at 10% for small suits and fell in steps down to 0.5% for the largest.

The compensation for office/research time could be adjusted downward by the judge presiding over the lawsuit if deemed excessive.

There were no poor lawyers there either but none were obscenely rich from pursuing nuisance cases.

Go back to school and learn how our government works, and please learn how to use the English language properly while you are there. Maybe then you could have some construction criticism.

Don't we Americans think it's a bit funny that Clinton and Bush and other Presidents took their wives along with them when they went to Muslim countries, but this President can't do that because it's against the Muslim's laws.

I think Obama is all pro Muslim,and he definately is not a true Christian as he claims. If he were he would not be telling the world that America is no longer a Christian Nation.

Obama is a man who never held a job in his life,therefore he knows nothing about running a government,but he knows plenty about how to ruin a country.

All Obama knows how todo is ram bills thru his Congress going against, which leads to another one of his lies. He swore an oath to up hold our Constitution, but

in his lates statement he plans in his next two years to use his executive powers to ram throuh his "CHANGE" plans. This will not follow our Constitution, as none of his ideas do.

This is what happens when a nation forgets God's laws, and follows those of a fool!

This United States is going under unless we rid our country of Obama and all his CZARS, Lets get back to the "The One Nation Under God" and dunp this fools wet dreams!

What Politicians, both Parties, are scared of. Do you wonder why Washington has never passed term limits. We need to get rid of these career politicians. Whats wrong with three two year terms and two four year terms. Why do politicians get full S.S., after they leave, office without contributing? Why does Washingtom get an automatic raise regardless of performance? Why don't we cut ALL Foreign Aid by 30% and pay off the deficeit? What happened to balanced trade with foreign countries. Goods from China should be taxed at least 60%. In Argentina U.S. goods are taxed 80%. Jobs being outsourced, blame people that drive foreign cars and shop at Walmart. How many products in Walmart do you see made in America? There is no trade balance. Doesn't anyone believe that surely we have enough laws. How can a law or Bill get passed without anyone even reading it, because it will definately benefit Washington. Our Voting System is so currupt. Whoever has the most votes, Wins. It shouldn't matter if it takes a month to count all the Votes in the Country. Our Service men and women overseas lose out on the very thing they are fighting for. What's wrong with having a balanced budget act that is enforced, Washington doesn't want that. Washington in no way shape or form EVER takes responsibility for it's actions. People who make less than $12,000 a year should not have to pay taxes. Retired people over 66 should not have to pay taxes. Why do we have the IRS? What's wrong with a flat tax of say 15% no matter what your income is. Someone does good by themselves and we punish them by raising their tax bracket. Why do we need a death tax, estate tax, capital gains tax, etc. Because it benefits Washington. Washington has written off billions of dollars from countries that have defaulted on their loans. Money they will never see, but give a U.S.Citizen a break on his taxes that he or she might have gotten behind on. You will never see that happen. One of America's Greatest Hero and Icons, Joe Louis, was hounded until his death by the IRS. All this is controled by Washington. I have visited twenty countries and have worked in fifteen of those. We are the most taxed society in the World. The Government owes us nothing and we, as a people, shouldn't expect anything. Secure the borders, give us a good education, keep our roads up and I think WE can take care of the rest.
