Only 3% of. Oil comes from libia, this cant be the reason, also oil was. At.160 a barrel at rhe highest, also katrina hit in 2005, not 2008, seemd someone is milking pocket, libia has alwas had trouble

Along with the uptick in oil prices comes a commensurate rise in the price of gasoline. So cars like the Prius, Chevy Volt and Nissan Leaf are likely to start selling in larger and larger numbers. Ultimately, and not in the so distant future, oil output will start declining so people will be conserving more. I don't see that as all that bad an idea.
