Why U.S. Companies Aren't So American Anymore

The top 20% own 93% of all financial wealth. Splain to me just how an inflated stock market helps middle class folks. Few if any companies are using windfall profits to create good paying jobs in the USA. Most of the companies on your list pay little to no taxes. I guess we all should stand up and cheer because some so called USA companies are selling cheap Chinese made crap in the global market but for the life of me I just can't see any advantage in that for the average Joe.

Regarding the risks (and costs) of Globalization...Here is a verse from a poem I wrote called "It used to be made in America."

"The deals overseas are way too tempting.

The savings are way too dear.

But the real cost we pay is far greater,

It's a price we pay for in fear."
