Global Warming is becoming a very serious issue where everybody is been affected. Nations need to take precautionary measures to tackle global warming, because it effects everybody including the species.

Yeah, but what with the waters rising, a lot of the kittens will drown because of lack of land, so the kitten population should stay pretty regular.

Trap, Neuter, Release. That is how to limit the population of feral cats in your area. You don't have to rescue/adopt them all. Just humanely trap them, take them to a lo-cost spay/neuter clinic, then bring them back and let them go again. You can borrow traps from your local animal control or humane society. It works!
