this" Explanation" is more NUTS than bolts This Wind mill was erected only months earlier and hardly likley to fail so soon
even if it did the damage just does not correspond with that sort of failure. Try Again ECO, we will not be fooled.

The bolts failed on one blade and the balance problem would have transferred excess loads to the remaining blades with more to one or the other based on rotation direction or braking action from emergency systems. So the other blade experience a completely different failure mode.
If you want a beautiful example there is a exploding windmill movie on the net.
Chucking parts miles away makes me less enthusiastic about my local turbines.

Nah, Metal fatigue wouldn't do that. It would shear, not twist things everywhichway. I want a better debunking reason than that.I also want something better than little green or grey men.
