I have never heard of any of those places and I search within 100 miles of my town in all directions none of those places are anywhere near Saint charles? Where "FASTFOOD" I don't consider a restaurant a fast food. By fast I also need local. And McDonalds isnt an option for me.

Okay. I have listened to your advise, and I went to theese resturants, instead of other bad things like Ruby Tuesdays, or even IHOP. But the only thing that has happened to me was gotten FATTER! I find this very amusing to me. I mean, I was going on a diet because I weighed 289 ibs, but now I weigh 456!!!!! I mean, I had Mcdonalds 3 times a day, but that was on the good list so thats why I went there!! JEEZIEWOOZERS!

don't be fooled. there are plenty of unhealthy choices at all of these. panera comes to mind first. check the website for their nutrition stats, you will be surprised at how many of the healthy sounding options are unhealthy. and be sure to check the serving size. many nutrition facts listed for half a sandwich or half of a salad. not many people just eat half of their sandwich. this list should have given guidelines or suggestions for which menu items to choose or avoid.
