Your article lists some good points but let's clear the air: The "Cash for Clunkers Headquarters" and the link you provide is NOT an official website, and people need to know that. Also funding will be over $4 billion dollars, not $4 million as stated. Deals will be great on new because with a $4,500 voucher, a brand new 2009 Nissan Versa 1.6 sedan can be bought for around $6,300 plus tax. That's pretty good.
