I got the Dark Knight Blu Ray on the midnight release. I have a similar Samsung LCD tv the LN46A530, and PS3. I am not joking when i say that the IMAX scenes in this movie are the most amazing thing i have seen on my TV that i have had for 6 months. Me and my friend kept saying it felt like we were there and wished the whole movie was in IMAX. The rest of the standard format scenese are still amazing however as well. But i have been unbelievably shocked in the quality of picture on this blu ray.

I work at Best Buy where we had a midnight opening for it. Afterwards, I bought my copy on blu-ray. When I got home, I was too tired to watch the whole thing, but I managed to stay awake long enough to check out some of the key scenes, specifically the IMAX scenes. As an owner of 12 blu-ray movies, this is by far the best looking and sounding movie in my collection. The regular scenes look amazing, and the IMAX scenes are literally the best looking scenes I have ever seen in a movie. If you want to make someone who's on the fence about blu-ray a believer, SHOW THEM THIS MOVIE! As great as it looked in theaters, it looks nearly as good on blu-ray

Luxe Life

Luxury is no longer the sole province of the elite. Upscale goods and services now target a much broader market. Kimberly Castro, deputy business editor of U.S.News & World Report, takes a look at the luxe life, from fine wines and cars to high-end real estate and wealth management. Though no elitist, Kim does admit a fondness for a bold bottle of Scout's Honor from Venge Vineyards and satiating her wanderlust in Europe.
